How to Earn Points
Every gaming activity at joylinknew automatically contributes points to your VIP account. No extra steps required – points are counted and updated in real time. Here are the point accumulation rates by game type:
| Game Types | Points per RM 10 Wagered | VIP Multiplier Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Slot Games | 10 Points | Up to 2x (Platinum) |
| Live Casino | 8 Points | Up to 2x (Platinum) |
| Bingo | 7 Points | Up to 1.8x (Gold) |
| Fish Shooting | 6 Points | Up to 1.8x (Gold) |
| Classic Slots | 10 Points | Up to 2x (Platinum) |
VIP points are calculated based on actual wagering amount, not deposits. Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. Members inactive for 90 consecutive days may be subject to a tier review.

Why joylinknew VIP Is Different
Many gaming platforms offer VIP programs, but most only prioritise numbers on paper. At joylinknew, we believe VIP members deserve more than just bonus percentages that look impressive but are hard to redeem. That's why our VIP system is built to deliver real value you can feel every week.
We do not hide inconvenient terms in the fine print. Every joylinknew VIP benefit is explained clearly, and your points can be tracked in real time through your account dashboard. You always know where you stand and how much more is needed to reach the next tier.
Weekly cashback is not just a seasonal promotion — it is part of joylinknew's year-round commitment to VIP members. The same goes for higher withdrawal limits and priority processing. This is not a gimmick; it is our way of thanking you for your loyalty.
VIP Gold and Platinum members enjoy access to priority support channels — meaning shorter wait times and more personalised assistance whenever you need it. Your personal account manager understands your gaming habits and can offer relevant recommendations based on your needs.
We also respect the privacy of all our VIP members. Every piece of information you share is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy joylinknew strictly, and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Even as a VIP member, joylinknew always encourages responsible gaming. We provide options to set personal betting limits even at the Platinum tier. Higher VIP limits are a choice, not an obligation. For more information, visit the Responsible Gaming ours.
Join thousands of joylinknew VIP members who have experienced the real difference. Start your VIP journey today by registering an account, or login if you're already a member. Every wager you place begins with a single step — and the first step toward Platinum starts now.
