The joylinknew registration process has been carefully designed so anyone can complete it in under 5 minutes – even if it's your first time opening an online casino account. No technical expertise or prior experience needed. All you need is an internet-connected device and a few basic details.
The first step is choosing a unique username. This username will be used every time you log in and will also appear in your game records. Make it easy to remember but not too easy for others to guess. Avoid using your full name or ID number as a username for security reasons.
Next, enter an active email address. This is important as joylinknew will use it for account verification, transaction notifications and promotional communications. Make sure you have full access to that email before registering. An active Malaysia phone number is also required for the two-factor authentication (2FA) process that keeps your account secure.
After filling in all required information, you will receive an OTP code via SMS or email within seconds. Enter the code to verify your identity and your account will be activated instantly. Once active, you can make your first deposit and start enjoying all the games available at joylinknew.
Before registering, make sure you meet the following basic requirements set by joylinknew to ensure the platform remains safe and compliant with responsible gaming guidelines:
KYC, or "Know Your Customer", is a standard identity verification process used by all registered and trusted online casino platforms. At joylinknew, the KYC process is designed to be as simple and fast as possible without compromising your account security.
You need to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal. Documents typically required include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and in some cases, a screenshot or statement of the payment method used.
All documents you submit are stored with high-level encryption and can only be accessed by joylinknew's authorised compliance team. The review process is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours. Once KYC is approved, you can make withdrawals without any restrictions whenever you choose.
